COMP CARDS
A Comp Card is a card with one or more pictures on it, with your name, contact information and vital statistics: Height, weight, hair and eye color, bust, waist, hips and dress size. It’s called a comp card because it normally comprises several images in a composition (composite). Very often your compcard will have a headshot on the front and several different looks on the back. You can have a one-side or two-sided comp card. The size of the comp card can vary but is typically in the 5.5" x 8.5" range.
Comp cards are designed to be printed in mass so that you can leave them with every agent, talent scout, and photographer you meet, so that they have something permanent to remember you by and also your contact information to get hold of you in the future when they need you to come and get your first paid modeling gig!
Our lab only prints in high volumes with a minimum order of 1,000. The price for 2 sided full color 14pt UV coated comp cards (8.5" x 5.5") are as follows. Basic comp card design is free with all orders!
1,000 - $299 = $.29 cents each
2,500 - $349 = $.13 cents each
5,000 - $399 = $.08 cents each
Keep in mind that most commercial printers charge $1.00 or more each AND charge extra for design!!

Comp Card Frequently Asked Questions
Why should I buy 1,000 comp cards?
Most comp card printers will charge you about $100 for 100 comp cards, and that doesn't even include the design fee wich is anywhere from $50-100. So you could possibly be paying up to $2 for each comp card that you send out. Most models send multiple comp cards to every agency and scout they can find, so that's about $6 for each agency. With ours, those three comp cards would only cost you 24 cents.
Do I have to get my pictures from you to order comp cards?
No, you do not. You can bring us your digital images and we'll use those.
Can I split the orders for different comp cards?
No, each order of 1,000, 2,500 or 5,000 has to be the exact same for both sides.
Can I use some pictures from you and some from other photographers?
Of course! Just bring in your CD from the other photographers and we'll add them in!
How much do you charge for comp card design?
It's free with all orders! Your comp card design includes a basic design like the samples above. It will include 1 main picture and 3-6 additional pictures on the back along with your stats and any other info you'd like added.
